1. What are your products made of?

Our recipes are specifically made for dogs with wholesome, human-grade ingredients, which are reviewed and approved by a UK-Certified K9 nutritionists.

2. For how long will my dog’s cake stay fresh?

Your dog's cake will taste the best if consumed within 2-3 days from delivery date. You can keep the cake refrigerated to extend up to 4 days. If you plan to feed the cake at a later date, the best way to preserve it is to wrap & freeze it. You can unwrap and defrost at room temperature before feeding. Bon Appétit!

3. How much can my dog eat from the cake?

Depending on the dog diet, breed & size, a typical serving is between 1 to 2 servings per day.

4. How many treats can my dog have per day?

Depending on the dietary plan and breed of your pet, 4 to 6 treats per day are in the recommended range.

5. How many dogs does your cake serve?

It all depends on which cake you’re ordering.
- Le Mini is typically made for 1 to 2 dogs.
- The round or bone shape can serve between 6 & 8 dogs.
- Larger cakes for bigger parties are also available as customized cakes.

6. How big will our cake be?

There are different shapes & sizes for our cakes.
More details are mentioned in the description of each product.

7. Do you have a minimum order?

There’s no minimum order.
You can order as little as a pack of treats, a box of donuts, or a set of cupcakes.

8. Can you accommodate last minute orders?

Pupcake delivery policy is a minimum of 48 hours from placing the order.
However, we understand the importance of your dog’s occasion.

9. What type of payments do you accept?

Online orders should be paid by Credit Cards.
We do not have a Cash On Delivery policy.

10. Can I eat from my dog's cake?

Sure you can! All our ingredients are human grade and while you could consume it, we're not sure you would like the flavor. Our cakes are made to suite the tastes of your pooch. This means they aren’t sweet and you may find the flavors and textures funny. But what we're sure of, is that your dog is gonna love!
